I got my first leadership role at the age of 23, and since then, I've continued working as a leader, now with a combined 30 years of experience. My employment history spans a wide range of industries, including retail, the service sector, the clothing industry, and the automotive industry.

I have worked as a leader for 30 years. My experience comes from various positions, such as salesperson, sales manager, marketing manager, commercial director, country manager for Sweden, and CEO. My journey has been within private companies and global corporations—Pressbyrån, Adaco/Cloetta, Arvid Nordquist, Europcar, Volkswagen Group, and Volvo Cars Sweden.

My driving force is to develop people and teams to create successful companies.

On a personal level, I have coached floorball for 10 years, served on the board of a figure skating club where I was also responsible for coaching, and trained in karate for 20 years. Sports have given me so much, both as a coach and as an athlete. The strength of the team, the way of helping each other, and the ability to drive oneself and others toward new goals are things I have always been passionate about.
