Coaching Leadership
A company's most important resource is its human capital, i.e. its employees. In a company, there needs to be a requirement for leaders and employees to develop themselves as well as the group they belong to. One of the ways to create leaders who understand and can act correctly is a leader who gives inspiration.
My lecture encourages leaders by reinforcing the thoughts behind coaching leadership as well as what the research says in these areas. The right tools are also an important component for leading in everyday life.
I have developed my own model called the four-leaf clover. My model stems from my own experience as a leader, training and interest and immersion in research on how the brain works.
My coaching leadership includes four areas:
Compass
-
all leaders must find and define their way of leading and developing individuals
Time
-
set aside time to coach and support their employees
Training
-
to work with development programs for the brain and body
Reflection
-
set aside time in the calendar to guide evaluation and development
