Karate
Karate is a very important part of my life where I have learned a lot about long-term development. I have had the privilege of training with my brother and Japanese coaches for most of my years. I started training when I turned 13 and was active until I turned 23. After that I had a break of about 20 years due to work and family. The dream was to come back and train again because it is a place where you are a family and have active learning with respect for each other. In 2017 I started to actively train again with my brother and for our Japanese trainer Iryo and in December 2021 I got my black belt.
Karate as a sport is reflected by community, a place where you are a family, active learning with respect for each other. My lesson from the Eastern philosophy is patience, presence, learning, challenge and respect. By practicing karate, I have adopted an expression that I use today as part of my way of running a business.
