  • For point 15, the legal basis is Performance Attitude's obligation as the data controller to fulfill legal requirements.

  • For point 16, the legal basis is consent, where the data subject has actively and unequivocally agreed to the processing of personal data.

How Performance Attitude Obtains Your Personal Data

Performance Attitude seeks to obtain your consent before processing your personal data. You consent to processing by using our services or accepting our general terms and conditions.

Is Your Personal Data Processed Securely?

Performance Attitude has developed procedures and working methods to ensure your data is handled securely. Only employees and others within the organization who need the data to perform their duties have access to it.

Personal data obtained and stored by Performance Attitude is transferred to subcontractors. Our subcontractors manage and analyze personal data on behalf of Performance Attitude, covering areas such as service delivery, billing, and goods handling.

Our subcontractors operate in accordance with the Data Processing Agreements established with them to ensure the correct handling of personal data with regard to privacy and information security. Performance Attitude is the data controller for all processing of personal data conducted by these subcontractors on its behalf.
