Second Opinion

One of the company's most important investments is the one it makes in its staff. Hiring the right people with the right skills is difficult and takes time. It is a process where finding the right company to work with for the actual recruitment, meeting and interviewing candidates, finally taking references and making decisions.

 

When you fail to find the right person or hire the wrong person, the company loses both money and time. One way to try to make this process safer is to work with a second opinion.

 

Second opinion means bringing an extra person into this work to assess the candidate. Help is chosen based on getting a person who has a specific competence linked to the industry or role and based on their experience and competence, the candidate's CV is reviewed, an additional interview is conducted and, if desired by the company, the person is tested through other instruments.

 

I collaborate with a network of HR managers and psychologists that I use on different occasions depending on what the client requests.
