For me, there are two important foundations in a company to run and develop it in a professional way. One is the structure of how the company is set up with organization, strategy, services and operational plan, the other is the company's value base and leadership platform.

 

The basis of values is our platform that guides our behavior and how we approach our task and how we work together.

 

My experience is that an active way of working with the value base and leadership platform in a company makes the difference between those who control their development and those who are lucky.

 

I have experience of having developed a value base and leadership platform in four different corporate cultures in both private companies and large groups. The work has been driven by management where I have either had responsibility as CEO or as operational manager, together with HR, department heads and employees to find the values that should represent the respective companies.

 

The second step is to plan for a correct implementation down to the departmental and individual level so that it becomes part of everyday life that can be continuously followed up, evaluated and developed.
